A performer since the age of two, Frances is well versed in the areas of Dance, Acrobatics, and Cheerleading. She has been coaching and choreographing for the past 15 years and is committed to the safety, technical excellence, and personal growth of each student.

Frances studied kinesiology at Florida International University where she received honors and a BA in Dance. She is an NCA (cheer) certified coach and judge, and recently certified as an Acrobatic Arts instructor, having received a perfect score on her exam.

Frances has studied under master choreographers seen on So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing With The Stars, and has had the privilege of performing with various companies across the nation including Polaris Dance Theatre in Portland, OR, Animate Objects Physical Theater in Miami, FL and Crash Alchemy in Austin, TX. She has been a featured performer on Tampa, FL talkshows Studio10 and Daytime, Lifetime's Original Series The Division, and Yvonne Farrow's independent film I'd Rather Be Dancing. Most recently, Frances competed in the IOC5 division with the TECC Hellcats at the 2015 Cheerleading Worlds in Orlando, FL.
